1000m Farmer’s Carry (50#+ per arm M/35#+ per arm F)*
400m Tire Flip
500  Team Sledge Strikes/1000m Runs**
400m Tire Flip

For Time.

* When you switch team members carrying, the team member that just completed the carry, must complete 10 Burpees and then catch up with the team.
** 2 Team Members will work on strikes 1 at a time, while 2 other team members run 1000m. Continue pattern until Sledge Strikes are completed.
