1) 200 Weighted Situps (25#M/15#F)
2) 200 Push Press (95#M/75#F)
3) 200 Ball Slams (25#M/20#F)
4) 200 Alternating Arm Kettlebell Snatches (53#M/35#F)

Return to bay and complete 40 Tire Flips and 80 Burpees

For Time.

*Reps are you-go-I-go, evenly split among team members with 2 members working at a time.
