1000m Equipment Carry
200 Ball Slams (20/15)
200 Pushups (50 per team member. 3 members working, at a time. Chip away during weighted movement)
1000m Equipment Carry
200 Alternating DB Snatch (45+/25+)
200 Air Squats (50 per team member. 3 members working, at a time. Chip away during weighted movement)

For Time.

Brute- Carry all equipment first 1000m, carry Slamball and DB second 100om and DB for last 1000m.
RX- Carry equipment needed after each run.
SX- Scale as needed
