Total of 4, 8:00 AMRAPs with 4:00 rest in between rounds
Partners A & B perform AMRAP #1 while partners C & D perform AMRAP #2, rest 4:00, then switch
Rest 4:00 again, then partners A & B perform AMRAP #3 while partners C & D perform AMRAP #4, rest 4:00 then switch.
