As a 2 Person Team, complete the following:

Run FB loop with D-Ball (25#M/15#F)
150 Kettlebell Swings (50#M/30#F)
400m Ball Chase
200 Situps
60 Power Cleans (95#M/75#F)
100 Pushups
150m Farmers Carry (each team member)
Run FB Loop

For Time.

Each Team Member must complete half total rep count for each Exercise in you go, I go format with 1 team member working at a time.
Each Team Member must carry the full 150m, then switch off the Farmer’s Carry.
