12 Kettlebell Swings (50#M/35#F)
60 Team Clean and Jerks- You Go, I Go. (135#M/95#F)
100 Double Unders per Team Member- You Go, I Go. (3x for Single Unders)
Kettlebell Swings- 80#M/50#F
Clean and Jerks- 155#M/105#F
*One Team member completes a round while other team member rests. Each Team Member completes 6 rounds before moving on to Clean and Jerks.
