As a team of two, complete 8 rounds for time of:
20 Wall Ball Shots (20+/15+)
15 Slam Balls (20+/15+)
10 Box Jumps (24/20)

Partners must alternate tasks throughout workout, with only one partner working at a time (e.g., Round 1 – Partner A does 20 Wall Ball Shots, Partner B does 15 Slam Balls, Partner A does 10 Box Jumps; Round 2 – Partner B does 20 Wall Ball Shots, Partner A does 15 Slam Balls, Partner B does 10 Box Jumps).
**Use the same ball for wall balls and slam balls
