Carry Disassembled Barbell to Point A and Reassemble (approx. 200m)
40 Ground to Overhead (Any Variation)
40 2-Count Jumping Lunges
Sprint to Point B and Back to Point A (approx. 200m)
40 Push Press
40 2-Count Jumping Lunges
Sprint to Point B and Back to Point A (approx. 200m)
40 Hang Power Cleans
40 2-Count Jumping Lunges
Carry Disassembled Barbell back to Bay and Reassemble (approx. 200m)
40 Overhead Squats
40 Burpee Box Jumps (You-Go-I-Go)

For Time.

1 Barbell per team.
All Reps split evenly.
