20 Knees to Elbows
25 Jumping Ball Slams (20#M/25#F)***

Section 2:
5 Power Snatches (105#M/95#F)
10 Overhead Squats
15 Power Cleans
20 Jerks
25 Deadlifts

RX- 105#M/75#F
RTG- 135#M/95#F

For Time.

Both partners working at same time. Partner 1 works on section 1, while partner 2 completes section 2. When both athletes have completed their section, partners switch. Complete 2 rounds.
