#25 Dumbell Thruster, 5 Reps to 50 m Tire Drag-

Upon completion of above, Athlete calls "rotate". Athletes rotate through stations until one full rotation is complete. Rest for 3 mins between rotations for 3 total sets.

Ball Slam

Ring Push ups

Knees to Elbow

Pull Ups
