1 Power Clean and Jerk (155#M/105#F)
2 Ring Dips
3 Box Jumps (30″M/24″F)
4 Thrusters (95#M/65#F)
5 Lateral Bar Burpees
6 Push Press (95#M/65#F)
7 Jumping Squats
8 Toes to Bar
9 Wall Balls (20#M/14#F)
10 Pullups
11 Mountain Climbers
12 Front Squats (155#M/105#F)

Each team sets up 2 bars. 1 is 155#/105# and the other is 95#/65#.

Partner 1 does 1 Power Clean and Jerk. Partner 2 completes 1 Power Clean and Jerk and 2 Ring Dips. Partner 1 completes 1 Power Clean and Jerk, 2 Ring Dips and 3 Box Jumps. Partner 2 completes 1 Power Clean and Jerk, 2 Ring Dips, 3 Box Jumps and 4 Thrusters. Continue pattern until Partner 2 does all 12 exercises. Then, Partner 1 will finish the WOD by completing all even numbered exercises.
