15 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull
15 Kettlebell Swings
10 Alternating Kettlebell Snatches

At the top of each round, 1 partner rows 200m, while the other partner begins KB movements.
Once row is completed, remaining KB movements/reps are You-Go-I-Go, split as athletes see fit.
