A) Front squat – 10′ EMOM
warmup then
3 reps per minute – 1″ pause at bottom, explosive up @ 65-70%

B) Prowler drag + prowler push

C) core + conditioning:
overhead throw ball chase 200m (go slightly lighter than normal)
50 flutter kicks
25 situps ball toss against wall
chest pass ball chase 200m (go slightly lighter than normal)
50 bicyles
25 situps ball toss against wall
