warm-up then
5 x 4 @ 55%
4 x 3 @ 65-60%
2 x 2 @ 75-80%

B) 2-person Team equipment carry (tires, plates, KB, etc) relays

C) Core + Conditioning
30″ plate pinches / 30″ ball slams
30″ weighted situps / 30″ half moons
3 rounds
