A) Strength – 12′ EMOM – Warmup front squats first
odds – 4 front squats, increase weight each round
evens – 18 heavy dumbbell rows (8 each arm)
 
B) 3 station prowler push, add weight each station + x5 KB SDLP
 
C) Partner ball chase 600m
