A) Dead Lift
warmup then
EMOM 12′ – heavy day
2 reps @ 80-85%

B) Lunge walk with overhead weight + 4 OHS

C) Core + conditioning – Tabata 20″ on/10″ off – 8′ total
a) push ups (2 minutes)
b) russian twists (2 minutes)
c) situp ball toss (2 minutes)
d) jump rope (2 minutes)
