1000m equipment run 95/65 – (barbell, 2 plates, 1 slammer ball, 1 KB)

  • 1st corner: 200 weighted situps (2 people working at once)
  • 2nd corner (cul-de-sac): 200 push press
  • 3rd corner (end of alley): 200 ball slams (25/20) + 200 goblet squats (53/35) (2 people working at once)
  • 4th corner: 200 bent-over rows
