Four movements relay style. Go through twice, must pick two different movements.

  • 8 OHS (115 /75)
  • 20 wall balls (20/14)
  • 3 rope climbs
  • 15 box jumps (24/20)

Prowler push to center of cul-de-sac. (2 x 45 / 2 x 25) with barbell
200 squats (135/85, any style, u-go-I-go)
50 pushups each (full team working)
50 sit-ups each (full team working)

Return to gym.

80 thrusters (135/85)
200m buddy carry (both partners carrying)
