Saturday – Gettin’ Ready for the Pool

Teams of 4 –  “Gettin’ Ready for the Pool”

160 wall balls (u-go-i-go)
240 tire step ups (2 people working at time, must hold slam ball & sandbag)

Roll your tire to the grassy field down the street and carry slamball + sandbag.
Tire flip between two cones, any number of teammates may flip. Once you pass a cone, take a break and do a movement, full team.

  • 50 pushups
  • 50 situps
  • 50 jumpies
  • 50 hollow rocks
  • 50 lunges
  • 30 burpees

Roll tire back to parking lot. Go inside gym.
48 snatches (115/75)
48 OHS (135/85)
48 thrusters (155/105)
48 front squat (175/115)
48 bench press (185/105)

600M ball chase run + sandbag. For time
