1 Snatch Deadlift
1 Hang Squat Snatch
1 Snatch Balance
1 Overhead Squat

Rx Female: 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85

RTG Male: 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175
RTG Female: 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115
