50 Air Squats*
– Teammates hold chin over bar while partner 1 works
50m Prowler Push
50 Sit Ups*
– Teammates hold Superman while partner 1 works
50m Prowler Push
For Time.

*Each teammate must complete the movements before team proceeds with prowler push.
