3:00 – 4:00 – Flutterkicks, Max Reps
4:00 – 5:00 – Power Cleans, 3 Reps
5:00 – 6:00 – Sit Ups, Max Reps
6:00 – 7:00 – Front Squat, 3 Reps
7:00 – 8:00 – Toes-to-Bar, Max Reps
8:00 – 9:00 – Power Clean, 3 Reps
9:00 -10:00 – Flutterkicks, Max Reps
