25m Frog Hop across the parking lot. Count how many jumps you complete and perform that number of reps of the following exercises:
Push Ups: Hand Stand Push Ups, Ring Dips/Push-Ups
Sit Ups: GHD Weighted Sit-Up, Weighted AbMat Sit Ups
Air Squats: Jump Squats, Weighted Squats, Walking Lunges
