Strength: Deadlifts.  1) Multiply current 1 RepMax by 110%.  2) Take that number, multiply by 75%.   3) Use that weight to perform 2-3 reps on the minute for 10 minutes.

5 Push Ups  15 Pull Ups  25 Sit Ups

10 Push Ups  15 Pull Ups  20 Sit Ups

15 Push Ups  15 Pull Ups  15 Sit Ups

20 Push Ups  15 Pull Ups  10 Sit Ups

25 Push Ups  15 Pull Ups     5 Sit Ups
