8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Push Jerk (RX- 95/65, GX- 135/115)
Run after every round

Athlete completes Ascending/Descending ladder.Perform 1 T2B and 8 Push Jerks in the first round. Perform 2 T2B and 7 Push Jerks in the second Round, etc… Run after Push Jerks in each round.
