WOD.

#1 – 4 Rounds of:
6 Push Jerks
8 Pistols

#2 – 4 Rounds of:
10 Wall Balls
10 Hand Release Push Ups

#3 – 4 Rounds of:
2 Rope Climbs
8 Deadlifts

As a 2 person team, complete a 3,000m Row.   While Partner 1 is chipping away at the row, Partner 2 completes 2 Rounds of WOD #1.  Switch is called when Partner 2 completes the 2 rounds, then Partner 1 moves to complete final 2 Rounds of WOD  #1 (4 Rounds Total).   Switch is called, Partner 1 continues to row, Partner 2 begins 2 Rounds of WOD #2.  Time is called 3k Row and all three WODs are complete.
