As a four person team, complete the following:
Two 4 X 250m Relay Runs, then go to
Station 1*
100 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
100 Wall Balls (20#/15#)

Station 2*
200 Double Unders
200 Burpees

Station 3*
300 Barbell Thrusters (45#/35#)
300 Sit Ups

then, complete 4 x 400m Relay
For Time.

*Only two people working at a time, one person on each movement.

In observance of Independence Day, the FireBase will be closed on Monday, July 4th!
