2 reps from the Ground.
4 sets @ 60 % of 1 RM.

WOD:
3 Rounds of:
12 Lunges, Each Leg
10 Handstand Push Ups

then,
3 Rounds of:
30 Double Unders (or 90 Single Unders)
20 Pull Ups

Finish with 25 Burpees.
