For Time

As a four person team, must complete the following tasks for time:

Task #1
P1 – 10 reps of  “Mr. Spectacular” (35#M/20#W)
P2 & P3 –  2 for 1 Med Ball Toss (20#M/15#W)
P4 – Cauldren (70#M/55#W)
800m Run

Task #2
P1 – 20 Reps of Kettlebell/Dumbell Deadlift (35#M/25#W)
P2 – MedBall Burpees
P3 – Lunges
P4 – Piston Press (70#M/55#W)
800m Run

For Time.

Each member must complete each movement.  Position Mr. Spectacular & KB/DB Deadlift calls “Switch”. If MedBall is dropped during 2-4-1, Mr. Spectacular must complete an extra rep.
