Strength: As Many Reps As Possible in 1 Minute for 3 Rounds.  2 Minute Rest Between Rounds.

Pull-Ups, Ring or Bar Dips, Muscle Ups or Handstand Push Ups

WOD:

50 –  40 –  30  – 20  – 10   Sit Ups

25 –  20 –  15  –  10  –  5     Kettlebell Swings (70#M/53#W),

then 100 Double Unders (or 300 Single Unders)
