Every Minute on the Minute for 15:00, perform:
1 High Hang Power Clean
1 Above Knee Hang Power Clean
1 Full Squat Clean
2 Front Squats

Increase weight, every 3 Rounds. Final 3 Rounds should be a challenging moderate/heavy weight

WOD
Tabata
8 Rounds each of :30 seconds work and :10 seconds rest of:
Pushups
Pullups
Situps
Slam Balls

Score is total reps. No rest between exercises.
