CrossFit Firebase Orlando

“Buddy Beatdown”

Two person team start with 400m Run. 

Partner One begins 50m Uneven Farmer’s Walk, while buddy moves to Ball Slams.  Switch is called when Partner One completes Farmer’s Walk.  Partners sprint 50m &  change positions.  Exercise stations include:

            Ball Slams        Push Ups        Box Jumps        Kettlebell Swings        Air Squats

Two person team finishes with 400m Run.
