Bear Complex

Olympic Weightlifting: Complete the following movements @ 50-60% of Snatch 1 RM.
5 Hang Snatch Pull for 3 Sets
5 Hang Muscle Snatch for 3 Sets
5 Overhead Squat for 3 Sets

WOD:
Complete 1 rep of the following 7 times for 1 Round.
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push-Press
Back Squat
Push-Press

5 Rounds Total,  Working up to your max. 
You can rest in between rounds but do not place the bar down while in the complex.
