Establish a 2 Rep Max with 0:05 pause.
Warm Up
3 Reps @ 40%
3 Reps @ 50%
3 Reps @ 60%

WOD. As Many Rounds and Reps As Possible in 20 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (135/95#)
12 Front Rack Lunges
30 Double Unders (x2 Single Unders or 1:00 attempts)

Cool Down.
800m Jog or Walk then, Mobilize
