WOD.

200m Run
10 Push Jerks (115-155#M/85-105#W)
10 Box Jumps (24″M/20″W)

RTG
As Many Rounds As Possible in 8 Minutes of:
2 Clean & Jerks (185-205#M/105-135#W)
5 Box Jumps (27″M/22″W),
then AMRAP in 1 Minute of:
Handstand Push Ups

RX PLUS: Interval Mile. 15 Seconds Work/45 Seconds Rest.
