3 Reps @ 40%
3 Reps @ 50%

2 Reps @ 70%
2 Reps @ 80%
2 Reps @ 85%
1 Rep @ 90%
1 Rep @ 95%
1 Reps @ 101%
etc…

WOD 1.
As Many Rounds As Possible in 7  Minutes of:
200m Sprint

WOD 2.
As Many Rounds As Possible in 14 Minutes of:
30 Jumping Lunges
30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
30 Double Unders (2:1 Singles)
