Strength: Front Squats@75% of 1 Rep Max.  3 Reps every 2 Minutes for 5 Rounds.

WOD:

As Many Reps As Possible in 3 Minutes of Pull Ups.

Rest 2 Minutes.

As Many Reps As Possible in 3 Minutes of Thrusters (115#M/75#W)

Rest 2 Minutes.

RX Plus:

While Partner 1 Rows 250m, Partner 2 holds Kettlebell in Rack Position. Partner 1 calls “Switch” upon reaching 250m.  P2 begins rowing and P1 performs KB Rack Hold. Each person completes each movement for 5 Rounds.  For Time.
