Skills: 2 Sets of 30 seconds of Handstand Hold and 30 seconds of Shoot Throughs.

WOD:

As Many Reps As Possible in 3 minutes of Wall Ball Shots (20#M/15#W)
Rest 1 minute.
As Many Reps As Possible in 2 minutes of Push Ups.
Rest 1 minute.
As Many Reps As Possible in 1 minute of Air Squats.
Rest 1 minute.
Plank Holds for Max Time. If you reach 10 minute mark, add 25# to hold.
