200m Farmer’s Carry (2 @ 53#KB, 2 @ 35#KB)
200m Run
120 Press Anyway (2 Bars, 60 Reps on each bar – 145#M/85#W)
200m Farmer’s Carry  (2 @ 53#KB, 2 @ 35#KB)
200m Run
120 Deadlifts (2 Bars, 60 Reps on each bar – 215#M/155#W)
200m Farmer’s Carry  (2 @ 53#KB, 2 @ 35#KB)
200m Run
