5 Reps @ 70% of 1 RM

WOD. As a team of 3, Partner 1 Rows for calories, Partner 2 completes 20 Air Squats, Partner 3 completes 20 Kettlebell Swings (50#M/35#W).  When Partner 3 completes kettlebell swings, he/she calls switch, moves to Rower. Partner 1 begins Air Squats & Partner 2 moves to KBS.   One Round complete when Partner 1 returns to Rower.
