Deadlifts & Handstand Push Ups.
Perform 2 Deadlifts and 2 Handstand Push Ups on the minute for 10 minutes.
Use 70% of 1 RM for Deadlift.
2 Minute Rounds for 10 minutes, complete the following:
AMRAP Sit Ups
*Alternate between sit ups and lunges on each round. You should have a total of 5 Rounds of each.
