Back Squat
3 Reps @ 50%
3 Reps @ 60%
2 Reps @ 75%
2 Reps @ 80%
2 Reps @ 85%
2 Reps @ 90%
4 Reps @ 80%
6 Reps @ 75%
In between sets, wait 30 seconds and perform 1 Max Effort Broad Jump
then
WOD.  Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
2 Muscle Ups*
4 Handstand Push Ups
6 Burpee over Slam Ball
8 Slam Balls (20#/15#)

*Scale = 4 Chest to Bar Pull Ups or 6 Pull Ups
