TORC Front Squats.
10 Reps @ 40% of 1 RM
8 Reps @ 50% of 1 RM
6 Reps @ 60% of 1 RM
20 Reps @ 70% of 1 RM

WOD.  10 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible of:
5 Bar Muscle Ups*
10 Weighted Step Ups (35#/25#)
15 Sit Ups

*Modifications for BMUs:
5 Jumping MUs  or
10 Ring Rows & 10 Ring Dips
